Infinity Management is a privately-held corporation founded by Michele George and Ron Contarino. The founders are moving and storage industry veterans, and have both earned the Certified Claims Analyst (CCA), Certified Moving Consultant (CMC), and Household Tariff Specialist (HTS) designations from the American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA).

Furthermore, they have both earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Michele George
Michele has over 25 years' of experience in the moving and storage industry. Prior to founding Infinity, Michele held positions as VP of Operations and VP of Client Services at two major national account agencies.

Her responsibilities included operations, dispatching, driver recruitment, capital purchases, customer service, claims, van line revenue distribution, and preparing financial statements for drivers. She has extensive experience with contracts and has an expertise in household goods tariffs.

Ron Contarino
Ron has over 18 years' of experience in the moving and storage industry. For five years Ron managed the household goods moving program for AT&T Bell Laboratories. Ron was responsible for all aspects of move management, including the selection and management of moving companies, claims, service level evaluations, and auditing for over 1,000 employee moves annually.

Ron has also worked for two major van lines, and in his position as VP of Sales, he was responsible for contracts, sales, and maintaining client and internal reports, including statistical data on move activity. He regularly speaks at industry seminars and has written many articles for industry publications. Ron served on the board of directors for the Tri-State Relocation Service.
